Aloha! Founded in 1836 by King Kamehameha III, The Royal Hawaiian Band is the only band in the United States with a royal legacy. With cultural roots dating back to the time of the Hawaiian monarchy, the mission of the Royal Hawaiian Band is to promote and foster music, both current and historic, to preserve the Hawaiian musical culture, inspire young musicians and ultimately enrich the lives of the people and visitors of Hawai‘i.

PBN: How does technology affect real estate agents today?

To match up with clients, you have to match up with technology. It’s changed drastically since I’ve been in this business. We never had email when we first started; we never had texting. There is so much information. There is almost no disadvantage to technology. Properly used, it’s like a gun. You can either use it for good or bad.
