Locations hosted its third annual Kahala Neighborhood Market Update at Waialae Country Club in June 2018. The event, which featured guest speaker economist Sumner La Croix, also included a social reception for neighbors and REALTORS to talk story and learn about current trends in Kahala's real estate market.
Melvin Leon Guerrero became Locations' newest partner in June 2018, joining an elite group of 35 partners in the firm.
“We’ve seen welcome growth in single-family home and condo inventory in the second quarter of 2018,” said Scott Higashi, president and CEO of Locations. “With more inventory to choose from, competition among prospective homeowners has eased slightly—as noted by a dip in bid-ups of 15 percent and nine percent, respectively.”
