Melvin Leon Guerrero became Locations' newest partner in June 2018, joining an elite group of 35 partners in the firm.

Melvin is the only REALTOR® in the state of Hawaii to hold a Master of Real Estate degree, a designation awarded by the National Association of REALTORS® upon completion of a rigorous curriculum. He also holds a Master of Information Systems degree and a bachelor’s degree of Business Administration.
With more than a decade of experience in Hawaii real estate, Melvin achieved more than $14.8 million in total sales volume in 2017. He has received several awards for his exceptional sales performance, and has been nominated multiple times by his clients for the prestigious Aloha ‘Aina REALTOR® Awards. He is also a member of the board for the Asian Real Estate Association of America (AREAA), an organization that educates Asian Americans and Pacific Islanders about real estate, and a member of the Honolulu Board of REALTORS® Community Service Committee.
