Yukiko Brady

Yukiko is well known for her commitment and dedication to exceeding her client's expectations. She is a hard-working, goal-oriented Realtor® who puts her client's interests first, enabling them to negotiate the homes of their dreams and sell their properties at top prices.

A Hawaii resident for more than 28 years, Yukiko has a thorough understanding of Hawaii's unique culture, people and residential real estate market.  A former resident of Japan and Europe who has travelled extensively, she is truly a global citizen whose unique perspective and vision benefits her clients.

Yukiko has honed her communication skills as a member of Locations’ online lead generation team—a role that requires her to interact with a large and diverse group of clients and outside brokers.  The online lead generation team requires an agent to be task oriented and responsive to all clients' and brokers' needs. This commitment to build excellent and reliable relationships benefits all parties to a successful real estate transaction.

Yukiko has earned numerous professional recognitions throughout her career, including the Locations Excellence Circle Club Award and the Locations Online Sales Newcomer of the Year Award (2018). She has been nominated for an Aloha ‘Aina REALTOR ® Award for four consecutive years (2016-2022). She also holds the following professional designations: Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES) and At Home With Diversity (AHWD).

Yukiko was raised in Kobe, Japan, and graduated from Sophia University in Tokyo. Following graduation, she worked as an office manager for the Tokyo office of a leading German corporation, where she learned the importance of teamwork, perseverance and exceeding customers’ expectations. She speaks three languages, English, German and Japanese.

No one will work harder, or with a more positive and encouraging attitude, on their clients’ behalf than Yukiko. She prides herself on her attention to detail and her persistence, and she is honored to be able to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.

In her spare time, Yukiko enjoys yoga, playing the piano, gardening and watching sports.
