Since 2009 Terrence has worked tirelessly to get the best deals for his clients. His market knowledge, and communication skills make it possible for him to excel in negotiations and closing deals. Terrence grew up in Aiea and graduated from University of Hawaii at Manoa with a degree in Finance. Prior to real estate, he spent some time working for a bank as a Business Banking Associate. With his knowledge of the financial markets as well as the real estate markets, he is equipped to assist his clients through the sales process as well as the mortgage loan process.  

Through his years as a full-time Realtor, he has had the privilege to assist hundreds of people buy and sell in Hawaii.  In 2017 he was selected to be one of the exclusive team members to assist the Howard Hughes Corporation to sell one of their newest buildings at the time, Aalii at Ward Village.  He is currently assisting the Howard Hughes Corporation with the sales of Ulana Ward Village.  Terrence understands all the different aspects of new construction developments and all the opportunities available to buyers from luxury developments to affordable housing programs. 

His experience with a wide range of real estate transactions and his attention to detail has propelled him to his current role as Broker-In-Charge at Locations LLC. With his outstanding record of customer service combined with his market knowledge and skills in marketing and negotiating, Terrence has been recognized in Honolulu Magazine's Top in Real Estate, Locations' Excellence Circle and Platinum Society, and nominated for the Aloha Aina Realtor Award.
