Stacey L. Waiwaiole

Stacey is a true Kama’aina of the Islands.  She grew up on the Windward side of Oahu, in the beautiful slopes of Maunawili with majestic mountain views and currently resides in the Launani Valleys, Mililani. Her local knowledge and vast experience of this beautiful State enables her to be a resource to her clients.  Her experience of over 25 years with people, has taught her how to work with and understand them.  Stacey’s primary focus is to ensure that her clients will be truly happy with their experience in their real estate transactions. Being with Locations, LLC, is a privilege to her.  She appreciates the family oriented approach with how they work and conduct business.  The staff and agents make this company simply, “the best”.  On her free time, Stacey enjoys spending time with her husband and family, not to mention, (their furry son, "Popeye"), especially time with her grandbabies, taking them on walks, going to the park or just playing!

Stacey:  My very first work experience was raising my two sons.  That is probably the hardest job a parent does, basically because it's a lifetime job!  Once my children started school, I went out into the workforce. For 26 years, I have been a surgical assistant working with patients who are usually anxious for the surgical procedure we would perform.  I would always try to comfort them and make them feel at ease.

In 2007, I joined the team with Prudential Locations LLC (name at that time).  Shortly after getting my Real Estate license, my husband and I purchased our home. I knew in my heart buying real estate was one of the biggest decision a person will make in their life.  As a Realtor-associate, I want to be that person to help you achieve your goals, whether buying or selling.  You can rest assure, I will give 110% to help you find the perfect home; or if your selling your home, I will sell it for the most amount of money, in the least amount of days.
