Shawn Baker

Shawn Baker was born and raised on the island of Oahu. She grew up in the Pearl City, and Kapolei areas and now resides in Hawaii Kai. Shawn attended Pearl City High School and then received her bachelors degree from UH Manoa.

She began her career as a Flight Attendant with Aloha Airlines and flew until their very last day. Shortly after having her first daughter, she then went on to get an Associates degree in Early Education and became a preschool teacher at KCAA Kuapa Preschool in Hawaii Kai. After 5 years of teaching, she then looked for other opportunities to become more financially independent and to continue helping families and other people. An opportunity to become involved in real estate then led her path to Locations LLC.

Shawn discovered that Locations LLC provided a strong-layered support system, as well as a family of life-long friends. Through hard work and willingness to learn, she has earned immeasurable support and mentorship of several Partners at the firm.

Shawn is a hard working, passionate, and diligent Real estate agent.  Her integrity is beyond reproach making her the right person to have on your side. As a real estate professional, her commitment is in facilitating the buying and selling process for residential properties. From the initial consultation to closing she makes sure your investment goals are met and exceeded.

Shawn is a loving mother of 3 girls and likes to spend her time taking them to the beach and watching movies. She also is a 1% donor in the Locations Foundation Non-Profit organization which helps various organizations throughout the island.
