Miao came to Hawaii in 1995 to attend graduate school and graduated with a Master's degree in Travel Industry Management at University of Hawaii at Manoa. Before joining Locations, Miao worked for an award-winning publishing company as its Business Administrator for the Hawaii region. 

Miao is a firm believer in building financial security through real estate investments. Miao has helped many clients achieve their real estate goals in Hawaii. She is experienced with First Time Home Buyers, Second Home Buyers, Upgrade, Downsize, Domestic Investors and Foreign Investors.
