Erika C. Peralta

Erika Peralta was born in Ilocos Norte, Philippines, and her and her family immigrated to Honolulu in '93. One of her family's biggest success stories was finally owning their first home under her grandfather's name after a decade of renting, and witnessing their happiness inspired her to help others achieve that very same dream. 

Erika attended Moanalua High School and graduated shortly with a B.A. in Anthropology, with a focus in Forensic studies. Prior to her real estate career, she spent a year as an O'ahu Archaeologist where she was on the on-site archaeologist for developers, and home-owners. Some big takeaways she loves to mention about her previous career was that she was able to learn more about the land history, landscape use in pre-development, and Native Hawaiian burials. In January 2022, she joined eXp Realty as a part-time Realtor-Associate. She then joined Locations, LLC. in October of that same year. At Locations, she was able to transfer as a full-time Realtor-Associate by dedicating her time in learning how to be of better service to her clients through any transaction. 

During her free time, she enjoys surfing south shore waves, and hosting themed dinner parties for her friends and family. She is always excited to learn new things, and to keep in touch with those who have made a positive impact on her life.
