Eric Bautista

Born and raised in West Oahu, Eric has lived in various neighborhoods in Waipahu, Ewa Beach and Kapolei. He has a great appreciation for and understanding of the diversity and culture of Oahu's many neighborhoods, which helps him to successfully match buyers with an area and home that best meets their needs.

Eric possesses a genuine passion for helping others. He previously worked to support local youth and families for more than 20 years as a YMCA director—a rewarding experience that allowed him to make a positive difference in his community.

Since launching his real estate career in 2020, Eric has found immense fulfillment in helping to bring his clients' dreams to life—whether it's finding the perfect home or making a savvy investment. His mission is to build lasting relationships and empower his clients to make confident real estate decisions, and his many happy clients can attest to his unwavering integrity, transparent communication and relentless commitment to ensuring their satisfaction.

When he's not busy helping his clients to achieve their real estate goals, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, who inspire him to help others find their own piece of paradise, too.
