Born and raised on Oahu, Dawn is a graduate of the University of Washington.
She graduated with a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree, became licensed in both Washington State and Hawaii, and has worked for many years as a licensed Pharmacist before retiring from pharmacy.

Dawn's Grandfather was a General Contractor in Hawaii and her Father had close ties with a few of the early developers of Downtown Honolulu. You could say that real estate investment is something that she grew up with. It sparked an interest in her that she has built upon over the years.

Dawn's upbringing and her long career as a Pharmacist has helped to mold and develop her work ethic philosophy that hard work, honesty, integrity and timeliness are important cornerstones of any successful business.

Dawn has always had a passion for real estate and has been buying, renting and selling real estate for herself since 1986, right out of college. She brings to the table the insight of having been on both ends of the transaction, as the Buyer & Investor and now as the Realtor Associate with Locations.
