Crystal Chang

After living on four continents, Crystal Chang knows a thing or two about finding the perfect home! 

She specializes in assisting first-time homebuyers and real estate investors, where her knowledge of Honolulu’s newest condominium projects is a plus. Having moved so many times herself, she is also an experienced relocation expert. Crystal provides service beyond the sale, too—from arranging for property management services to coordinating an off-island move, her goal is to help her clients make a smooth transition to the next chapter of their life stories.

Passionate about her real estate career, Crystal is an attentive listener who takes the time to truly get to know her clients and understand their needs. With her clients’ satisfaction as her number-one priority, her no-pressure, patient style immediately puts her clients at ease. Her clients also appreciate her sincerity, honesty and integrity.

Crystal’s real estate career began in Seattle, when she helped to sell her family’s home. In 2018, she relocated to Honolulu (in part because of the beautiful weather) and later joined Locations – a firm with a company culture that matches the warmth of island living. Crystal enjoys being surrounded by equally hard-working individuals with great positive energy! 

Born and raised in Taipei, Taiwan, she has studied and taught yoga in Los Angeles, South America, Southeast Asia and Honolulu. Outside of work, you can find Crystal in the water (swimming, snorkeling, sailing), in the mountains (hiking), traveling or volunteering in the community. 

She holds a bachelor’s degree in Asian Studies at the University of California, Berkeley.
