Chloe Rivera

Originally from Bellevue, Washington, Chloe moved to Oahu in 2010 to attend University of Hawaii at Manoa. After obtaining her bachelor's degree in Apparel Design and Merchandising, she moved back to Washington to work as a Wholesaler in the fashion industry. Here, she found joy in cultivating relationships globally all while providing the highest level of customer service to her clients.   

Realizing that Hawaii is where she wanted to call home, Chloe returned to the islands and began her career in Real Estate at Locations as the Administrative Manager of Sales Initiatives. In this role, she oversaw strategies to heighten customer service and agent efficiency while increasing productivity for the Sales Division. She gained a strong passion for real estate and created life-long relationships that in turn, have given her the privilege of being mentored by some of the most experienced agents in the business.     

With over a decade of customer service experience, Chloe’s goal is to empower her clients to make the best and informed decisions in order to achieve their real estate goals. Chloe's approach is to listen and understand her client’s needs and present the best options. Nothing brings her more joy than making her clients dreams a reality all while building life-long relationships based on trust and honesty.
