Ty Y Takamoto

 Born and raised in Mililani, Ty entered the real estate profession in 2016, with a passion for helping families through the home-buying and selling process. He credits working in construction with his father at a young age with sparking his interest in helping others to realize their dreams of homeownership.

After attending college in California, where he played football, Ty returned to Hawaii where he had careers in construction and car sales, as well as a stint as “Home Technician” (stay-at-home dad) to his two children. He quickly learned the ropes of real estate, earning the Locations Rookie of the Year award in 2017 for his exceptional performance, attitude and client service.

Ty works hard to ensure that his customers are informed and comfortable with every step in the home-buying or selling process. His clients describe him as a professional who equipped them with the tools and services to make their home transactions as smooth as possible.
