Susan Lee

수잔은 1982 년도 미국으로 와 1년은 미국 동부대학에서 영어공부 하고, 1983년에 하와이로 전학을 하면서, 하와이 대학교 금융학 학위을 받고, 현재는 부동산 중개업, 재판소 한국어 통역을 합니다.

그녀는 유학생으로 첫 직업을 토,일요일에만 열리는 시장, 풀리마켓에 아레바이트로 일하게 된 동기로, 무역을 하면서 월마트, 케이마트, 씨어스, 군부대들, 등 , 큰 판매장에 납품을 하는 23년간 중소기업 소유자 였습니다. 수잔은  부동산에 관심이 많았던 계기로  공매 부동산 구입, 리모데링, 구매자금 조달 방법을  교육받고, 한 교회 지인의 권유로 부동산 자격증을 받아 현재 부동산 중개업을 하고 있습니다. 그녀는 해외 고객들 투자을 돕는일, 융자알서, 부동산 관리 까지, 뛰어난 전문가의 중개인 입니다.

고객의 서비스로 많은 상을 획득 하였습니다. 수잔의 다양한 전문성,  많은 경험, 지식, 성실은 성 공의 열쇠입니다. 

A native of Seoul, Korea, Susan holds a degree in finance from the University of Hawaii. Prior to launching her career in real estate, Susan works as a Korean interpreter, an educator, and a small business owner.

Susan chose a career in real estate because she loves to help clients find their dream homes. Her integrity, knowledge, and professionalism are the keys to her success.

Susan started remodeling homes after being trained to purchase REO properties and foreclosures homes. She also specializes in property management, helping international clients and investors, and has earned numerous awards for her exceptional client service.
