OBJECTIVES/ AREAS OF SPECIALIZATION

I believe that owning real estate is the easiest way to obtain financial wealth and security. I have been lucky enough to help first-time homebuyers start on the path towards home ownership, sellers to upgrade and downgrade, and help seasoned investors add to their portfolios with a 1031 Tax-Deferred Exchange. 

My goal is to educate my clients not only on the process of buying and selling, but also on the Hawaii real estate market. I serve local, mainland and international clientele; therefore I want to make sure they are all familiar with factors unique to Hawaii, such as fee simple vs. leasehold properties, CPRs and more.

A key aspect of a successful relationship between client and agent is communication. I keep clients informed throughout the whole process from our initial meeting through the escrow process.

I have been successful in both buyers and sellers markets, in multiple offer situations, and in negotiating with cooperating brokers to find solutions to open and close escrows as quickly and smoothly as possible.

As well as continuing to provide excellent service to my general brokerage clientele, in 2015, I was selected at sales team agent for the newest Howard Hughes development in Ward Village, Ke Kilohana.

My goal as a full-time REALTOR© is to assist people with all their real estate goals. I want to earn the trust and respect of my clients so they consider me for all their future transactions and referrals!

As a full-time REALTOR©, I subscribe to the National Realtors Associations strict Code of Ethics. In my down time, I enjoy riding Dressage, going to the beach and cooking. I also firmly believe in community spirit, and donate 1% of my commissions to local charities benefiting women and children, and the environment.
