Leesa, born and raised in Hilo, made the move to Oahu in 2011. Since joining Locations, she has taken pride in assisting prospective Home Buyers and Sellers, explaining the process, emphasizing the benefits, understanding their needs and desires and helping them overcome their concerns and fears.

She strives to create trusting relations and happy homeowners, which is evident through her client testimonials. She found her passion of truly helping people through real estate.

When asked…. Why Real Estate?

"I’ve always been in the customer service industry, always loved helping people and always had an interest in real estate. After buying my first home and years later searching for my second. Going through the process, experiencing the ups and downs and all the emotions. I realized how important is it to have a good team helping you. Thats what made me decide to do it. I wanted to be that good Realtor helping families accomplish their real estate goals."

What do you love most?

"When it’s finally done. After the home searching, submitting offers, stressful negotiations, clients’ nerves, fears and worries. To see them so excited to get their keys, so happy with their new home and the pride they have of becoming homeowners. That’s the part I love the most! That’s why I do it."

"Whether it’s buying, selling, upgrading, downgrading. It’s a huge deal. I get that. It’s really important for me to get to know my clients, understand their personal situation, make sure they understand the process, are prepared and comfortable and most of all, that they trust me."
