Hendrik Werner

Hendrik was born and raised in Germany and lived several years in London and Chicago before he made his dream come true to move to Hawaii in 2014.

Prior to real estate Hendrik obtained his degree in Hospitality Management and worked 15+ years in different Hotel Management positions overseeing operations and customer Service for Hilton, Sheraton, Wyndham and Marriott . As a result of his dedications he was appointed to subject matter expert in customer Service for Wyndham Hotels for the Hawaiian Region  His experience in Revenue Management and time share also helped him to be able to perform competitive analysis and realize profit margins.

This extensive experience in managing Operations, Customer Service and Revenue Management empowered Hendrik to shift careers into the real estate industry , a field that he was always passionate about.

Hendrik always aims to provide the highest level of customer service and realizes that residential real estate transactions can be very personal and often emotional decisions. He values the importance on making his client feel comfortable and providing them with the guidance of making a well-informed decision . He makes it a priority to fully understand his clients needs striving for transparency and to ultimately negotiate the most advantageous outcome for his clients.

When he is not helping his clients achieve their real estate goals Hendrik enjoys the outdoors and activities such as hiking and diving. He is also an avid traveler and  enjoys learning about different cultures , having visited over 50 countries so far.

Hendrik believes that it is important to give back to the community and enjoys spending his spare time to support local fund raisers and communities.
