Family Fishing

Hoʻomaluhia Botanical Garden
10 a.m. - 2 p.m. | Sat., Sept. 14

Bring the keiki to Ho'omaluhia Botanical Gardens for catch-and-release fishing. Walking shoes, insect repellent, rain gear, fishing supplies, barbless hooks, bread for bait and drinking water are recommended. A limited number of bamboo poles are available to borrow.

2019 Na Mele Ko`olaupoko Song Composers Competition

Windward Mall
11 a.m. - 1 p.m. | Sat., Sept. 14

Visit Center Court at the Windward Mall to cheer on contestants in the 2019 Na Mele Ko`olaupoko Song Composers Competition, an event that encourages the composition of original songs about the people, places and spirit of the Ko’olaupoko area. For more information, click here.

East End Hot Rod Club Car Show

Windward Mall, Sears Parking Lot
1 – 6 p.m. | Sat., Sept. 28

One of the biggest and most sought-after classic car shows in the state, the East End Hot Rod show features hundreds of muscle cars, street rods and antique models, as well as raffle drawings. For more information, click here.
