ITrampoline Fun for Project Visitation and the Locations Foundation

Project Visitation is a local non-profit whose mission is to bring together siblings who have been separated as a result of being placed in different foster homes. The Locations Foundation, the not-for-profit arm of Prudential Locations, has worked hand in hand with Project Visitation for more than eight years, and we organize at least two events each year to assist Project Visitation and the local children they support. Project Visitation really has been one of the highlights of the year for me. I’ve been doing these events for the last five years and it’s been an amazing experience watching the kids grow.

It's important that the Foundation be involved with Project Visitation because with our support both financially and for the volunteers, the siblings can count on one more event to be together.

On October 18, Locations Foundation volunteers met at iTrampoline in Kapolei for a morning of jumping and energetic fun! We organized a fun, entertaining and healthy way for the Project Visitation children to enjoy a day with the siblings whom they rarely see.

I always get a little emotional when the kids arrive, so watching everyone being reunited really became the highlight of the day for me.

The little kids had the most fun in the kiddie play area with a fun bouncy castle and some slides, but the bigger kids certainly had the most fun on the dodgeball court, and I know any of the adults who dared enter the dodgeball court had a hard time getting out of bed the next day.

I LOVED dodgeball…such fun getting to bean co-workers...a HUGE stress reliever... we should install one in the office.

Volunteering for this event is a privilege. It really makes us appreciate what we have and remind us of the relationships that are important…kids just need to be kids.

Watching them and the pure joy on their faces when they get to see their brothers and sisters definitely tugs at our heart strings…it always gives us a wonderful feeling of satisfaction.
