Prudential Locations Agents Among Top 100 Realtors of 2014

Congratulations are in order to four Prudential Locations agents! Hawaii Business magazine presented its eighth annual Top 100 Realtors list earlier this month, which included agents Dolores Bediones, Nicole Choi, Brandon Lau and Corinda Wong. The Top 100 list compiles total sales volume for single-family homes and condos sold through the Multiple Listing Service.

Hawaii Business magazine partnered with PKF Pacific Hawaii LLP to analyze real estate sales data from 2013. In order for a transaction to be recognized, it needed to meet the following criteria:

• Only MLS transactions in Hawaii are counted;
• Only residential sales are counted; land-only and multifamily sales are not;
• New property sales are not included;
• No original or new development sales are counted;
• Primary listors receive full credit for the transaction; co-listors do not receive credit;
• Each side in a transaction - both the seller’s agent and the buyer’s agent - is credited with the full selling price of a home;
• If you represent both buyer and seller, you are credited with twice the selling price.
