Clothing the Homeless Community 

For the 6th year in a row, The Locations Foundation, the not-for-profit arm of Locations LLC, is organizing a clothing drive to support 3 fantastic local non-profit organization.  The Institute for Human Services (IHS) and Partners in Development—Ka Pa’alana, both of which provide support and relief to Hawaii’s homeless, and The United Cerebral Palsy Association of Hawaii which supports Hawaii residents who are affected by cerebral palsy.

Chad Takesue, President of The Locations Foundation explains our mission, “as one of Hawaii’s largest low income and subsidy housing providers, we understand the challenges faced by Hawaii’s homeless are complex and multifaceted.  As such, we are proud to expand on our low income housing initiatives and partner with IHS to bring stability to the lives of homeless individuals and families through the collection of donated clothes across Oahu’s generous communities.”

To sweeten the deal The Locations Foundation will provide a monetary donation of $1 for each pound of clothing donated to these deserving charities up to $15,000!

We Need your Help!

Last year our real estate agents and staff donated 4,200 pounds of business and casual work clothes. This year’s drive is the first time that Locations is reaching out to the public to support and provide clothing donations in an effort to reach the goal of 15,000 pounds! Ambitious?  Yes, but based on what we've seen from our employees and staff we're confident the Oahu community will come together to reach our goal!
