Camp Mokule'ia Summer Camp

June 16 - July 26 (multiple sessions)

Located on the beautiful North Shore of Oahu, Camp Mokule'ia has been providing children and youth with summer camp experiences since 1947. Camp Mokuleʻia is a ministry of the Episcopal Diocese of Hawaii; however, campers of all or no faith backgrounds are welcome. At Camp Mokule'ia, keiki will have the opportunity to build meaningful connections with peers, gain confidence from trying new things, and learn more about themselves and the world around them. Activities include swimming, paddle boarding, kayaking, arts & crafts, group games, team building, high ropes challenge course and hiking. For campers who have completed Grades 1 - 12.

Hawaii Nature Center Summer Camp

Cost: 5-day program: $400 for members | $475 general public or 4-day program week: $320 for members | $395 general public

Immerse your child in the beauty of Hawaii's natural wonders with the Hawaii Nature Center Summer Camp. Located in the lush Makiki Valley, this camp offers hands-on outdoor experiences, nature hikes and environmental education activities. It's a perfect way for kids to connect with nature and foster a lifelong appreciation for the environment. Ages 6 - 11 years.

Honolulu Zoo Summer Camp

Calling all animal lovers! The Honolulu Zoo's Keiki Zoo Camp offers children the opportunity to explore the vast and unique world of animals. Campers will gain a wealth of knowledge about different animals and the environments in which they live. Each session has a different theme, and campers learn through hands-on lessons complete with bio-artifacts, interactive activities, crafts and games. Ages 5 - 11 years.

Kama'aina Kids Summer Day Camp

Join the fun at Kama'aina Kids Summer Day Camp. With multiple locations across Oahu, campers can enjoy a wide range of activities, including games, arts and crafts and outdoor adventures. With its flexible scheduling options and experienced staff, Kama'aina Kids provides a safe and engaging summer experience for children of all ages. This year's theme, "Summer Full of Wonder," is built around hands-on, enriching activities focusing on the world around us. Campers must have completed K - Grade 5.

Pearl Harbor Aviation Museum Summer Camps

For young aviation enthusiasts, the Pearl Harbor Aviation Adventure Camp is an absolute must-attend. Located at historic Ford Island, campers will have the opportunity to explore vintage aircraft, engage in hands-on STEM activities, and even take flight in flight simulators. It's an exhilarating journey through aviation history! For campers entering Grades 3 - 8.

The City and County of Honolulu's Department of Parks and Recreation's Summer Fun Program offers campers the opportunity to enjoy arts and crafts, music and dance, excursions, games and other activities when school's out. Registration begins at 5 p.m. on the following dates: District 1 (East Honolulu): May 13, 2024; District 2 (West Honolulu): May 14, 2024; District 3 (Leeward): May 15, 2024; District 4 (Windward & North Oahu): May 16, 2024; and District 5 (Central Oahu): May 17, 2024. Ages 6 -  13 years.

YMCA of Honolulu Camp Erdman

Nestled on the North Shore of Oahu, near Kaena Point, Camp Erdman offers an unforgettable summer experience for kids of all ages. From traditional camp activities like hiking and swimming to specialty programs focusing on leadership development and environmental education, Camp Erdman promises a summer full of adventure and learning. Specialty additions include: horseback riding, surfing, climbing, North Shore Adventures, Hawaiian Historic Sites & Culture and much more. Campers must have completed Grades 1 - 10 (overnight program).

YMCA of Honolulu Day Camp

Cost: Varies depending on session and age group; financial aid available

Campers at Y Day Camps will enjoy pool time, playing outdoors and weekly field trips. Keiki will also learn about Hawaiiana, health and nutrition. Lunch is included at Camp Erdman Day Camp and camp locations that are designated USDA lunch program sites. Campers must have completed K - Grade 6.
