Demand for single-family homes and condos remains well above last year’s levels. With interest rates below four percent and limited for-sale inventory, seller’s market conditions are likely to continue throughout this year.

Sales of existing condos were much higher in January 2022 than in a typical January, particularly in Waikiki and Ala Moana-Kaka'ako, where sales were more than double from a year ago.
