July median prices hit all-time records for both single-family homes and condos, at $835,000 for single-family homes, up 6% from July last year and $460,750 for condos, up 7% from last year.

Home prices are continuing to rise but at a slower rate, up 3 percent over the previous year. Condo prices have flattened, currently down 2 percent from last year.
