Locations, Hawaii’s leading real estate firm, is proud to announce the winners of Locations’ Top Agent Awards for January 2018. Awards are presented on a monthly basis to celebrate the agents’ outstanding performance in a variety of categories.

The Oahu housing market started the New Year with a bang. Median prices for single-family homes rose by 7 percent to $779,000, while single-family home sales ticked up one percent over last year to 258, the most January home sales since 2005. On the condo side, the median price rose by 12 percent to $439,000—shattering the previous record of $425,000, which was set in July 2017. Condo sales dipped slightly over last year, with about 17 fewer units sold.

Locations – Hawaii’s leading real estate firm – released its mid-month Oahu Residential Real Estate Report for December 2017. The report, which analyzes sales activity for more than 350 Oahu neighborhoods, found the single-family home luxury market was stronger in 2017 than the previous year.
