Realtors® Kristin Mukai and Priscilla Walthouse became Locations’ newest Managing Partner and Associate Partner in February 2021, joining an elite group of 29 partners in the firm.

Kristin Mukai, Managing Partner
A Realtor® with Locations for her entire 14-year real estate career, Kristin Mukai has earned several awards for client service and sales performance, including Locations’ Master's Circle Club, Sapphire Society Club and Platinum Society Club awards. She also received Locations’ Client Service award for 12 consecutive years.
Kristin is president of the Locations Foundation, the firm’s charitable non-profit organization. She has also received the Foundation’s Angel award and Volunteer of the Year award.
Priscilla Walthouse, Associate Partner
A Realtor® for more than two decades, Priscilla Walthouse has earned numerous awards throughout her career, including the Locations’ Excellence Circle Club, Master’s Circle Club, Sapphire Society Club and Client Service awards. She has also received the prestigious Aloha Aina REALTOR® Award and Honolulu Magazine's Best in Real Estate award.
Priscilla is a Certified Residential Specialist, Seller Representative Specialist and Senior Real Estate Specialist. She is an active volunteer with the Locations Foundation.
