Administrative Assistant: Provide assistance with all project services. Serve as POC for incoming visitors, tenants, applicants and have a thorough knowledge of all project, program requirements and lease-related paperwork. Responds to all resident inquiries and work order requests in a professional and timely manner. Directs prospective current clients, tenants, service professionals, etc., to the appropriate staff person who can assist them. Position also requires assisting in the processing of project rental applications and preparation of necessary documents for project move-ins. Assists Resident Manager and Project Administrative Assistant with special projects and administrative tasks.

Compliance Specialist

Responsible for initial certifications and annual recertifications. Coordinate, track, and review responses to compliance audits by the HHFDC, HUD and other housing regulatory agencies and banks in addition to conducting internal audits of resident files to ensure compliance with regulatory agencies. Verify and test eligibility, income, and asset verification of tenant files for applicable housing programs (HUD/LIHTC) for all move-ins, interim recertification, and annual recertification.

Maintain thorough knowledge of the property and provide information to prospective residents. Serve as POC for incoming projects visitors, tenants, applicants and accurately prepare and have a thorough knowledge of all program requirements and lease-related paperwork. Remain updated on changes to affordable housing regulations and requirements. Greet visitors, monitor incoming traffic, qualify prospects, process applications, prepare lease agreements/renewals, identify households with income reporting discrepancies and capable of answering community and tenant related questions. Determine eligibility for occupancy in accordance with all program guidelines.
